These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of www.plotnetprints.com and any purchases made through our website. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Our products
Plotnet Prints offers fine art prints in two categories:

Limited Editions are produced in a fixed, numbered run. Each print carries a unique edition number and is accompanied by a signed certificate of authenticity. Once all copies of an edition are sold, it is permanently closed.

Open Editions are available at a fixed price with no restriction on quantity. They do not include edition numbering or a certificate of authenticity.

Purchases and payment
By placing an order you confirm that:
• You have the legal right to use the payment method provided
• The billing and shipping information you provide is accurate and complete

We accept all major credit cards and Apple Pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where a pricing error has occurred, a product is unavailable, or fraudulent activity is suspected. We will not be liable for any resulting loss or inconvenience.

Pricing
Prices for Limited Edition prints follow a sliding scale and increase as an edition sells through. The price shown when you add an item to your cart is reserved for 10 minutes. After that window expires, the price may have changed based on remaining availability.

Open Edition prices are fixed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice.

Copyright and intellectual property
All artworks sold by Plotnet Prints are reproduced under agreement with the respective designers, artists, or their representatives.

Purchasing a print gives you ownership of the physical object only. Copyright in the artwork remains with the original designer or artist. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, license, or create derivative works from any artwork purchased from Plotnet Prints without the express written consent of the copyright holder.

The Plotnet Prints website — including its design, text, graphics, and code — is the property of Plotnet Prints and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use any part of it without our prior written permission.

Shipping
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for complete details. Plotnet Prints is not responsible for carrier delays, customs processing times, or other circumstances outside our control.

Cancellations and returns
Each print is produced to order. If you need to cancel, please contact us at support@plotnetprints.com as soon as possible. Orders can only be cancelled before production begins.

Once an order is in production it cannot be cancelled or refunded. We do not accept returns for completed orders.

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please notify us immediately at support@plotnetprints.com. We will provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement once the damaged item is received.

DMCA — copyright infringement
If you believe any material on our website infringes a copyright you own or control, please send a written notice to support@plotnetprints.com that includes:
• Your name and contact information
• Identification of the copyrighted work and the allegedly infringing material on our site
• A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner

We will promptly investigate all valid notices and take appropriate action.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Plotnet Prints shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or from the purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a specific order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Disclaimer
Our website is provided on an “as is” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the website or its content. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or discontinue products at any time without notice.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of California. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
