Shipping Information
Domestic Shipping
We ship within the United States primarily via UPS, with USPS used for certain destinations where UPS service is unavailable (including P.O. boxes and APO/FPO military addresses). Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected service level.
Available domestic services include:
• UPS Ground (3–7 business days)
• UPS 3 Day Select (3 business days)
• UPS 2nd Day Air (2 business days)
• UPS Next Day Air (1 business day)
Delivery estimates begin from the date your order ships, not the date it is placed.
International Shipping
We ship internationally via UPS and other carriers. Available services and rates are displayed at checkout. Plotnet Prints is not responsible for duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the buyer’s sole responsibility.
Production & Handling Time
Orders are produced and shipped within 1–3 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and national holidays.
Returned & Lost Shipments
Packages returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address are the customer’s responsibility. Re-shipping charges will apply before we resend the package.
Plotnet Prints is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If tracking shows a shipment was delivered but you did not receive it, please file a report directly with UPS or USPS using your tracking number. We will assist where possible but cannot issue replacements for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
Order Tracking
You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships. You can also check your order status on our order status page. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your shipping label is created.
